A Tired Principal

This was sent out by hubby's principal today to his staff. And Might I mention this man is awesome. I wish I could work with him.

It occurred to me the other day
There has got to be a better way

To make these parents understand
That we are not at their command

They send us a child that's lazy and rude
And expect us to fix the problem they screwed

For most it isn't hard to see
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree

To often we smile and play the game
Allowing the parent to cast the blame

Parents drive away and at you they sneer
Just grin, go home and have some Christmas cheer

At this time of year it's hard to grin
But if you don't then they will win

Frustration comes in many ways
Take heart there's only two more days!

A tired Principal!!!
